Discuss a Project

You can discuss a Project on the RRN, as well as specific items. While viewing a Project, click on the Discussions tab at the top of the page. If you do not see a Discussions tab, it is because certain privacy settings have been applied, and the Project Manager has given you permission to discuss in the Project. Project Discussions only appear within the Project, not in the public Discussions section of the RRN. If you would like to create a public discussions, see Discussing an Item.

Try it!

  1. When in a project, click on the Discussions tab at the top of the page, next to Writeboards and Files
  2. Click on the New Discussion button in the Discussions menu
  3. Give your discussion a title and type your message in the spaces provided
  4. Invite members of your Project to this Discussion by clicking on their name, or simply choosing All users who can view this Discussion.
  5. Click Create Discussion and you’re done!
