Boot-shaped fabric pin cushion with a small pouch at top. Beige velvet front, heavily covered in floral beadwork patterns, with different types of beads and some brown sequins; the flowers and leaves appear to have been sewn onto paper first. The edges of the boot are covered in spirals of clear beads. The upper flower has three loops of beads hanging out of the centre. The inside front of the pouch and the entire back are covered in beige cotton (now stained blue and patched at corner); the boot is tightly stuffed with what may be straw, or other plant material. Small loop of multicoloured beads (mainly shades of blue) attached to top.
