Sleeveless blouse with single-sided embroidery. Composed of six pieces of woven textiles sewn together. Two larger rectangular pieces are folded in half lengthwise, then partially stitched together down the long edges, creating a v-neck opening for the head and arm holes. Both pieces have red backgrounds with repeating embroidered diamond and other geometric shapes. Down the centre of each piece is a black embroidered band with alternating red and green diamonds and gold zigzags on each side. The black band is flanked by two smaller green bands which are embroidered with orange and yellow zigzags. Four smaller pieces of textile are sewn to the bottom. Each piece has a horizontal solid red band, flanked by two smaller bands of repeating embroidered diamonds in green, red, yellow, and white, outlined in black. Along the bottom edge is a purple band (due to the addition of blue to the red ground) with a thin black band through the centre embroidered with diamonds in red, white and green. The bottom edge has a short fringe.
Northern Chin, sleeveless blouse (kor in Haka; kohrei in Mara).
