Description

A sample from this object was loaned to Phoebe Anderson for C14 dating, a portion of which was destroyed during analysis. The unused portion of the submitted sample has been returned to the original bag. The uncalibrated radiocarbon age for this sample is 1080 +/- 30, the calibrated age for this sample is 1265+/-30BP. The NOSAMS Accession # associated with this sample is OS-66847. The submitted charcoal sample was identified as hardwood. KLutz 1/6/2009
