Spruce root basket with lid and handle: plain twined weave (two strand) with darker strands woven in and false embroidery over the darker bands. "Arrow-like" design in swamp grass (going opposite directions on lid and sides). Design is woven over band of darker spruce.

Spruce root basket with convex lid. Plain twined weaving (two strand) with twilled weaving or "skip stitch". Weft winds over two warp strands and is staggered. Four bands, two on sides, two on lid, with two rows of all black weft, several rows of natural black weft and diagonal twined weave in black and natural. The result is a series of arrow-like designs.

Round coiled basket (part a) and lid (part b) with braided fibre strand attached to the middle of the top of the lid. Faded green and purple vertical lines overall. Basket tapers slightly at the bottom. Lid is slightly dome-shaped.

Conical, woven grass hat with flat brim and a braided leather chin strap. Grass is natural in colour with red, yellow, and black dyed accents woven into stripes of colour. Raw grass ends stick out on outer side as decoration. Round knob at apex. Tassel at end of chin strap.
