Paper hand fan with a bifurcated bamboo handle, bamboo ribs, a flaring trapezoid-shape, and light yellow trim. The design consists of a painted image in grey, brown and blue depicting a landscape, a boat and a person. Seal with single character in red in bottom right corner. Yellow paper border around edge and at handle base. Flat orange silk cord inserted through cleft in handle.
Folding paper fan with tan bamboo ribs. Both sides of the fan are covered with white paper and has a painted circular design on the front and back. A white plastic pin holds the ribs together at one end.

A small flat inverted u-shaped fan on a frame of very fine split bamboo radiating from the handle at the centre of the flat edge. Both sides are covered with paper, and are lacquered in red, green, black, and yellow with a red panel at the top, and a triple swirl pattern in yellow, red, and green at the centre. There is a black design resembling a paper cut near the handle area. Handle is straight, painted red, and split where the fan is inserted.
A flat fan made of finely-split bamboo flaring out from its attachment point to a long wood handle painted black. Perimeter of fan is circular except for the lower edge where the handle is attached which is straight and at right angles to the handle. Fan is covered with lacquered paper that has a design of three swirls converging at the centre coloured red, green, and yellow. It has a narrow edging of black paper. The fan is inserted into a split in the handle which is flat and lozenge-shaped where it covers the fan which is attached with two rivets. The shape of the handle is repeated with an outline of orange paint on the fan.

Fan covered on both sides with white paper, one side unpainted, the other painted in black, grey, and light blue/green with scene of rocks, trees, and a man. Some areas sprinkled with mica. On left is inscription of eleven characters in black and two seals in red.

A flat rectangular fan with two lobes at the top. Main colour is green mottled with yellow. Frame is of many very fine ribs of split bamboo (?) with paper on each side which is lacquered. Straight, black-painted, wooden handle is split and spread to allow insertion of the fan. Fan is painted orange around the handle. Around the orange area, there is a black paper cut on each side of the fan which is also lacquered. Fan is edged in dark green.
A closing fan with twenty-three inner ribs of split bamboo with a painted cloud-like design on the base of each side and two bamboo parent ribs also with a painted design set into a dark rosewood piece into which the metal rivet has been placed. Fan face is rice paper with small pastoral scene painted at the centre top with seven writing characters on the left side of the face. Attached to the metal rivet, there are two light blue-green tassels, 25 cm. long, including the cord.
