Bow made from a cylindrical section of wood, arched and tapering to ends that are wrapped in hide thong. With the exception of an area at the centre that is flanked by some thong lashing, the rest of the length is covered by tightly coiled in wire covered with a blackened coating. The bow string, lashed over the hide at the ends, is three-ply cord made of twisted hide thongs.

One elbow-shaped dark brown wood piece cut from trunk and branch of tree. Smooth, long handle increases in outside diameter to pointed top from which thicker haft extends downwards at approximately forty-five degree angle. Haft's top surface cut away for blade to be lashed and nailed, both blade and lashing now missing. Two nails still present. Underside of haft's base end has large lashing projection.

Near spherical pot with flat base, flattened top, and a raised central ridge around the circumference. Opening with lip extends from ridge at one side; a very worn shoelace is tied through a small hole in the lip. The lower half of the pot is red, the ridge is brown, and the upper half is tan with black and brown rectilinear design; designs are in mirror image, projected around the central band, running parallel to and extending from the lip.

Horn cup with a spout. Rim and spout are uneven with a hole in the spout. Upper, outer surface is rough and wrinkled. There is a roughly incised ring near the pointed tip. Interior striations and unpolished. Exterior is polished.

Inside the box, there is a rectangular green card, to which is fastened, with light red silk cord, a set of miniature figures made of plant fibre, clay, wood, metal and thread, and painted in polychrome. Figures include; clay farmhouse, maple tree, pine tree, temple, pagoda, torii, fence, bridge, two boats, lantern, two chickens, two cranes, crab, human figure on raft, human figure fishing, human figure walking, human figure carrying load, and donkey with burden. The lid (part b) is stored separately.

Ten identical small bells (parts a-j) of thin brass having each end flattened into ellipsoids. Each has a ridge around the mid-section joining two halves. There is a brass wire loop inserted at one end. The slit has a bean-shaped perforation at each end. Three bells (parts a-c) are strung on cords of twisted light red-pink silk. One bell (part d) is strung on a cord of twisted burgundy-red silk. Another bell (part e) is strung on a cord of twisted purple silk respectively. Two bells (parts f-g) are strung on cords of braided pink silk. Three bells (parts h-j) are strung on a flat cord of braided yellow silk. Each cord is approximately 4.5 cm. long (doubled).
