Round brass bowl (a) with lid (b). Bowl is riveted to round raised base 1.5cm. high and 9.4cm. in diameter, rounded near base with straight, slightly flared sides. Lid is shaped like a truncated cone with bulbous knob at point. Bowl has iridescent patina on outside, shiny inside; lid is duller outside, shiny inside.
A flat inverted u-shaped fan on a frame of very finely split bamboo radiating out from the centre of the flat edge at the handle. Each bamboo strip is bent back in a wide u-shape. Fan is covered on both sides with paper, and is lacquered red with a black edge, a small black design like an airplane, and a black design like a paper cut around the handle. Painted orange around the handle. Straight wood handle is painted black, split for insertion of the fan, and fastened with two tin rivets.
Metal container (part a) with lid (part b). Container (part a) is round with flat base 12.5 cm in diameter, sides slightly rounded, mouth 13.4 cm in diameter with flat rolled rim. Riveted to one side is flat handle 19 cm long, 2.5 cm wide, and flared at end. Rectangular spout attached to body at 75 degree angle from handle, with hinged cover over outer opening. Lid (part b) is shaped like a truncated cone, with down turned rim. Bulbous knob is set in centre of handle which is also shaped like a truncated cone. Pot (part a), and lid (part b) have dull patina on outside, shiny inside. Spout, and handles are more yellow.
Round brass bowl with flat base, riveted to separate base with rounded ring foot 3.3cm. in diameter. Body curves up sharply to rounded sides, curving in slightly to mouth (6.4cm. in diameter). Bowl has dull patina on inside; shiny finish on outside.
Hand hammered, copper plaited, metal bowl with flared lip and raised foot. There is an incised chain design around outside of rim while the body holds twelve designs in sequence around the centre.

Both sides are covered with paper, and are lacquered in red, green, black, and yellow with a red panel at the top, and a triple swirl pattern in yellow, red, and green at the centre. There is a black design resembling a paper cut near the handle area. Handle is straight, painted red, and split where the fan is inserted.
A flat fan made of finely-split bamboo flaring out from its attachment point to a long wood handle painted black. Perimeter of fan is circular except for the lower edge where the handle is attached which is straight and at right angles to the handle. Fan is covered with lacquered paper that has a design of three swirls converging at the centre coloured red, green, and yellow. It has a narrow edging of black paper. The fan is inserted into a split in the handle which is flat and lozenge-shaped where it covers the fan which is attached with two rivets. The shape of the handle is repeated with an outline of orange paint on the fan.
A flat rectangular fan with two lobes at the top. Main colour is green mottled with yellow. Frame is of many very fine ribs of split bamboo (?) with paper on each side which is lacquered. Straight, black-painted, wooden handle is split and spread to allow insertion of the fan. Fan is painted orange around the handle. Around the orange area, there is a black paper cut on each side of the fan which is also lacquered. Fan is edged in dark green.
A closing fan with twenty-three inner ribs of split bamboo with a painted cloud-like design on the base of each side and two bamboo parent ribs also with a painted design set into a dark rosewood piece into which the metal rivet has been placed. Fan face is rice paper with small pastoral scene painted at the centre top with seven writing characters on the left side of the face. Attached to the metal rivet, there are two light blue-green tassels, 25 cm. long, including the cord.
Snuff box with an elongated oval shape and a hinged lid. Inscribed with the Reformed Gregorian Calendar, which is represented by a table of numbers and months on both the lid and bottom of the base, and there are two figures depicted on either end on the lid as well as another figure on the bottom of the base.
