Irregular shaped tapa (masi) with painted designs on natural ground. The tapa is rectangular with a narrow end piece that extends past the main piece. The main piece has thin brown stripes with two perpendicular black lines and large random black dots. The end piece has short black diagonal lines.
Long rectangular tapa cloth with hand painted designs in light and dark brown on natural coloured ground. There are long triangles and pairs of dots overall, separated by three bands of checkered squares. There are two diagonal bars with the letters ‘koeletautue’.
Plain light brown colour, quite open and fibrous.
The woven hat is a rusty-brown colour with two tiers and then a steep cone that comes to a sharp point.
Long rounded piece, slightly curved, with one end having a metal head point and the other end having been sharpened to a point.
Plain, long strip of bark cloth, brown in colour.
The bark is pounded flat and sewn with rattan in large stitches. A hole is made at each end and a twisted cord is threaded through, looped and knotted.
Small, rectangular light beige tapa cloth made of beaten inner mulberry bark, undecorated; folded flat into a square.
Gong-bowl shaped with rows of bosses (part a). Stick (part b) has a red handle with white leather sewn on end. Cushion (part c) is red and white fabric with lotus patterns.
