A brown leather jacket (part a) fits over a folded cotton pin-cushion (part b) which opens to reveal a pocket to store needles. A large steel neddle, and strip of wool are inside. The cushion is covered in red-dyed cotton, and bound at the bottom in a leather piece which has two metal eyes, and a leather pull-tab. Braided cord strap.

Black plastic(?) belt with a silver metal buckle and brown leather backing. The belt is decorated with silver metal eye holes which have a metallic yellow foil centre. Belt has been cut and re-joined with black twine.

Belt made of hand-woven cotton in a fine regular weave. Multicoloured narrow bands run lengthwise providing a border effect. The central design has a multiple diamond motif in dark and bright red and is broken at regular intervals by cross-bars. The edges have been cut, turned and machine-hemmed.

Two inner pockets are separated by a simple mill cotton sleeve. Machine stitched. The design shows a band of narrow stripes alternating with bands of diamond motif. Multicoloured stripes in green/blue and red, and bands of light and dark yellow and red/brown and white.
