The item search helps you look through the thousands of items on the RRN and find exactly what you’re after. We’ve split the search into two parts, Results, and Search Filters. You’re in the results section right now. You can still perform “Quick searches” from the menu bar, but if you’re new to the RRN, click the Search tab above and use the exploratory search.

A long shank of rolled sheet metal, joined to an irregular, cast finial. The finial has an oval, head-like form with two hooks that may represent horns, and a flattened, round protrusion between them. The metal is brownish/black. A third type of metal is introduced as a flux at the join. This yellowish metal has file marks.
A hollow golden sphere of metal, constructed from two hemispheres. There is a short break in the join.
A spherical, gold bead constructed from two hemispheres of sheet metal joined at the equator. Two punched holes, one at each pole. Approximately half of the golden surface is covered with red/brown deposits.
29 hollow, golden beads of various shapes. There are six spherical beads in three different sizes and 14 convexly biconical beads in four size groupings. Five tabular beads, also hollow, have a recessed outline and convex centre on both faces. Four ellipsoid beads are rolled.
93 globular, golden beads in three sizes strung on synthetic monofilament. The 9 large beads and 2 small beads are shinier than the 82 medium sized beads which are more tarnished. Some of the medium sized beads have traces of red pigment. The beads are constructed of two half spheres of metal that are forced together around the equator of the bead. These beads are precisely cut and joined at the seam.
Wooden staff with finial in the form of a standing male, holding a cup and carrying two large ears of corn on his back. The face and chest have the remains of a dark red resin-like paint. Fragments of copper or copper alloy sheeting adhere in several places and many metal tacks protrude from the front and back of the figure. A bright red-orange band of paint encircles the staff a few inches below the finial. The bottom of the staff is broken off.
A crescent-shaped blade with a short shaft and wider base. The thickness of the blade tapers to a cutting edge along the rounded edge.
A u-shaped flange of metal with one ragged edge that indicates it has broken off another object. Gilded surface.
A u-shaped flange of metal with a broken edge, indicating that it was once part of a larger object. Gilded surface.
An irregular fragment of gilded metal with a punched hole and one curved, cut edge.
