Two cotton strings are attached through the upper holes. The eyes are almond-shaped and the nose is in high relief. The small, downturned mouth is flanked by diagonal lines defining the cheeks. Metal areas show through a black layer. There are textile impressions on the area around the mouth.

463 small, black stone beads and one green stone bead are interspersed with 7 golden ellipsoid beads of rolled metal. One cylindrical bead with closed ends and an embossed figure on its golden surface is positioned centrally. The embossed figure is frontal with arms outspread. Details of a semi-lunar headdress, ear spools and decorated chin strap outline a face with generalized features. A lower tunic border or loincloth is shown. There are traces or red pigment on the bead. One rolled bead is lighter in colour and more tarnished than the other.
