Chinese characters in gold embroidery, on deep pink ground with plain turquoise border on three sides, white on side hanging from staff. Black Chinese characters at bottom back of white border. Curved staff has light green silk fringe at gold painted tip.

Short black wool jacket with full sleeves and a neckline cut low in front. Sleeves have a snug cuff with a bold design of triangles in bright pink yarns. The jacket fronts below the neckline are decorated with pleated panels which have a faded pink meandering line of yarns sewn on top. The same pink yarns encircle the neck and form boxes around the meanders. Two sets of wool twine that tie the jacket together.

Sarong of heavy cotton woven cloth in rectangular shape formed by two pieces sewn together. Striped with supplementary weft with red and brown silk on the weft. Decorated with gold thread in bird, fish, and abstract motifs in between supplementary vertical stripes on the blue cloth. Two multicoloured bands at each end. One end has gold couching with red thread. Embellished with sequins. One edge is unfinished.

A small flat bag made of red silk damask lined with dark blue silk damask with an inner lining of pink cotton fabric revealed by holes under the flap. Bag is rectangular with rounded sides narrowing through, folding to the top opening which is covered by a downwardly-extending flared flap ending with a point. There are embroidered designs outlined in heavy gold couching over the entire red surface. On the flap, there are stylized rocks and waves with a coin in the centre, above which, there are two phoenixes facing each other. Above that, there is a Korean? character with cloud forms on both sides. On the front of the bag, there are two floral images showing beyond the edges of the flap. On the back, there are two seams and four floral images. A green cord, ending in an elaborate knot and four loops, is threaded through the top of the bag. A loop fastener is under the flap.

White jacket with long, extended sleeves, belt loops and cotton body with metal snap fasteners. The sleeves have embroidered five-toed dragon, fire and mountain motifs in brown, silver, white, black and red on white ground. The cuffs have a mountain motif in silver and brown. The inside lining is white cotton.

Black Cantonese opera hat with high scalloped back and side 'wings'. Front has bat above peony, overall embroidered peony floral and leaf design, with outer gold cloud pattern. Pink, mauve, green, orange, brownish red, purple, dark pink, and white. Off white ties and lining.

On surface A, the upper front, back and sleeves have phoenix, bat, cash, narcissus, chrysanthemums and peony motifs in silver, pink, green and orange on a purple ground. The sleeve border has chrysanthemum motif in silver on a black ground. Below the waist the robe divides into overlapping multicoloured strips with canopy, mountain, cloud, chrysanthemum and narcissus motifs in silver. There are green glass eyes and circular mirrors on the front, back and sleeves. On surface B, the front, back and sleeves have bird, chrysanthemum, leaf, tree and butterfly motifs in silver, cream and green on a blue ground. The collar, sleeve and border bands have a chrysanthemum motif in cream and silver on a blue ground. There are circular mirrors and tin reflectors. The inside lining is natural-coloured linen.
