A totem-like figure of a bird standing on a fish (broken) sits in the centre of a long, arched piece of whale bone; the head and forelegs of a bear are carved at each end of the bone piece. Humanistic painted wooden mask. The mask is a soft yellow with the features painted various colours. The eyebrows, lips and eyes are painted in black as well as the area around the eyes and across the bridge of the nose. The nostrils and inside of the mouth are painted in red. The large eyelids and the centre of the chin are green. The teeth are also yellow. Along the top of the mask there is a green band on which there are eight large carved ovals, painted red, black and yellow. (Similar to A1962).

Model Totem PoleA7093 a-d

Model memorial pole (parts a-d). Double plain rounded cylindrical pole (part a) connected at the upper portion by a rectangular box-like feature that has a bear carving at the centre of the top plank. A removable flat top piece lid (part b) has two removable pegs in the top with one tapering to a point (part c) while the other one is cylindrical (part d). The bear has circular black eyes surrounded by a tapering black oval and a turquoise area outlined by black, turquoise split u within black u form ears, curling red nostrils, an open red mouth showing thirteen upper fangs and a rounded red tongue sticking out, and turquoise forepaws with four black digit claws. The upper and lower part of the box is has a horizontal red band. Nailed together.

A three-dimensional wood puppet of a page boy puppet dressed in a batik skirt of black and brown on white. He is painted with a white face that has black facial features and a red mouth. There is a green downward pointing triangle painted on the chest. There is a black and red shoulder band and wrist band on each arm. Wearing a simple green hat. Body is painted gold. The arms are riveted at the joints with string and have a wood marionnette stick.

Three-dimensional male puppet: large head fits into body with skirt, and a control rod with a long shaft passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. The figure's headdress is elaborately carved with red, green, gold, and blue painted decoration. The figure's face is painted reddish-pink, and the figure is dressed in a black, blue, off-white and brown batik skirt.
