The hairstyle of the top head has incised curved lines around the front which extend around the back to surround the vertical grooves at the back. The hairstyle of the bottom head has sections of vertical and diagonal incised grooved lines. Has a base.

Mask with a ridged brow, eyes oriented downwards, a curved and simplified nose that comes to a point at the tip, and a protruding mouth with lips open to reveal two rows of teeth. The mask portrays the tranquility of motherhood.
