The wooden shaft is peeled of all bark and one end appears to have been cut off. The other end has a piece of white stone attached to the shaft with resin. The shaft and resin are coated with a brownish-red pigment.

The shaft is plain. The base of the shaft, near the pointed end, is wrapped with cane fibre. The point is plain dark wood that has an inflected long hardwood point with minute barbs.

Harpoon with four sticks with barbed ends that are bound together with braided plant fibre cord. Ends of the barbed sticks are inserted into a bamboo tube case. Same piece of cord that wraps around the sticks is also wrapped around the bamboo case.
