There is a printed black and red on off-white label on the front in Japanese and English, listing the samples. White-brown inside with same horizontal crinkled texture. It folds with three half flaps at top, bottom and left with a cover flap opening left to right. Light purple stain on inside of folder bottom and left flap from sample No. 464.
