The family of three has been drawn below; two of the figures are holding hands and one is lying on the path that leads from the house to the right side of the page. The soldiers are also on the path, and each of them is wearing a green hat and carrying a black gun. The upper right of the page contains a small tree and plane.

This band represents a river and there are three human figures floating in the river. Above the river, there are seven human figures and a helicopter. The helicopter has shot one of the figures, who is lying on the ground. The largest human figure, who is carrying a small being on its bicep, is getting shot in the leg by the figure to the far right. Below the river, a domestic scene has been created as a female figure is depicted with her three children, two of which she is holding. The child that she is not holding is off to the right and is carrying a blue ball. There is a round object near the river that resembles a soccer ball, and there is also a small house with smoke or fire rising from the roof.

Children's drawing on legal size off-white paper. An inscription in the upper left reads "miercoles 19 de octubre de 1983". The front page contains drawings in pencil and red ink. The top half of the page may represent a village or camp scene as it contains six human figures, two houses, a bird, a helicopter, a potted plant, and flowering plant, a tree, and a row of what appear to be crops. The word "campesinos" has been written on the left side and the word "niños" has been written on the right. The bottom half of the page depicts a helicopter containing three human figures. One of these figures has a gun and is shooting it at a figure lying on the ground. To the left of this is a horizontal band, representing a river. There are two human heads and a human body floating in the river, as well as eighteen small circles. Below the river, in the lower left corner, are the words "Movena Menbreno". The back page contains an inscription in red ink that reads "aserca la sitiacion de nosotros en el salvador y en nuestra vida que emos tenido entra y ectoria de sufrimiento".

The word "Dibujo" has been underlined. There is another inscription in pencil to the right which reads "Rio Lempa como". The scene at the top of the page has been vertically labelled "El salvador" and consists of three brown helicopters and a brown plane shooting at human figures near a blue river. Eight human figures are lined up above the river, and there are three figures in the river itself. A path containing two green trees and three human figures leads downwards and to the right of the river. There are also two human figures up in the trees. Three human figures with guns have been drawn below the path and they are shooting at the figures on the path. The scene in the middle of the composition has been vertically labelled "Honduras" and consists of three small buildings, two purple trucks, and eleven human figures. Seven of these figures are standing with guns on the tops of the trucks. The bottom scene of the composition has been vertically labelled "Honduras" and it contains one purple truck with three armed human figures, one brown helicopter, and a brown path containing three green figures and a green tree. It appears as though the three green figures are shooting at the helicopter.

In the upper left of the page, the words "El Salvador" have been written. To the right of these figures is a brown oval that has been labelled "500 libras". The words "Rio lempa" have been written in the middle of the page, above the river, and there are three human figures and a green bird standing along the edge of the river. The letter "E." has been written on this side of the river as well. Below the river, two human figures and a green flower have been positioned along a short brown line, probably representing a path. An orange and green figure near the left side of the page appears to be shooting a gun at the line of human figures. Two figures hold a line across the river. Below the river, the line of figures with objects on their heads seems to continue as six of them walk along a path that heads towards the bottom of the page. The word "honduraras" and the name "Paco Rivera" have been written below the river. There is some faint, partially erased writing and drawing on the back of the page.
