The upper left contains four green corn stalks labelled "maiz". The upper right contains four green cabbages labelled "repoyos". On the far left, in the middle of the composition, stands the human figure dressed in blue with two watering cans labelled "regador". Beside the pink and orange watering cans are four pink and green radishes labelled "rabanos". Across from the the radishes, on the far right, are four red and green tomatoes labelled "tomates". An inscription in black ink between the radishes and tomatoes reads "Esta es una ortaliza aquien mesas". The lower left of the composition contains four green chilies with the label "chiles". Below the chilies an inscription in black ink reads "Este dibujo lo a echo Orbelina Alfaro su edad es de llanos y bibe aquiem el campamento #6 mesa grande".

The upper portion of the page is labelled " El Salvador" and it contains two soldier figures dressed in green and pointing guns at three smaller human figures. The smaller human figures are orange. One of the soldier figures has been drawn without legs. Directly above one of the orange figures is a drawing of a helicopter in pencil. The lower portion of the page is labelled "Honduras". On the back page, there is an incomplete sketch of a helicopter with the word "Honduras".

Children's drawing on legal size off-white paper. The top of the composition contains two green helicopters and a plane drawn in pencil. The helicopters are shooting red bullets down at two houses and two trees. There is a group of seven human figures to the right of the houses and trees. Four of these human figures are coloured brown and red, and they are lying on the ground. Three of these human figures are dressed in green and are holding black guns. An inscription in the lower left states "Estas son Las casas que madas". The back of the page contains a single house drawn in pencil.

Children's drawing on legal size off-white paper. The bottom of the composition contains a line of seventeen human figures and a helicopter drawn in pencil. Above the helicopter is a multicoloured, vertical, oblong shape that likely represents a river or lake. There are two human figures in the water, and one of them is grasping at a tree that stands on the edge of the water. To the left of this tree and the oblong shape is a scene comprised of two large human figures with seven smaller human figures. The two large figures are both holding one of the smaller figures. A fence has been drawn in pencil along the left side of the composition.

Laminated children's drawing consisting of a piece of beige legal paper mounted on a piece of blue construction paper. There is a rectangular piece of white paper on the back carrying an inscription in Spanish "Hago una denuncia a todos los pueblos del mundo las ingratitudes que los militares Salvadorenos estan haciendo con el sufrido pueblo Salvadoreno". The composition on the front is divided by a diagonal blue band running from the upper left to the lower right of the page. This band represents a river. There is also a diagonal multicoloured band running from a small house in the upper right down to the lower left. This band represents a path, and there are twelve human figures on this path. In the upper left, on the edge of the river, a soldier in green can be seen laying down and shooting at one of the figures on the path. To the right of this soldier is a magenta and green plant and a multicoloured helicopter. In the upper right, an inscription near the house reads "Luis Alonzo Leiba Leiba". A narrow strip of word-processed text has been taped to the front, at the bottom of the page, and it reads "In the Lempa River the soldiers made a massacre and killed many children, old people and women. They burned the places where we used to live." This is a translation of the ink inscription on white paper that has been affixed to the back of the blue paper.

Above the river are two human figures, a multicoloured plant, and a helicopter that has been coloured blue, brown, and turquoise. Three brown circles and the inscription "Miguel Hernandes 13" have been added directly below the river. A brown path leads down from the river to a building. There is a round, brown and orange object to the left of the building and a round orange object to the right of the building. The object on the left appears to be a soccerball. The bottom third of the composition consists of a human figure and two horizontal, undulating orange lines representing fire. A narrow strip of word-processed text has been taped to the front, at the bottom of the page, and it reads "We had to sleep in the mountains because the soldiers burned the places where we used to live." This is a translation of the ink inscription on white paper that has been affixed to the back of the blue paper.

Directly below this inscription is a green and orange object that resembles a vehicle of some sort. Across from this object are the words "El Salvador". Below this is a horizontal blue band, representing a river, with four human figures floating in the water. There are four figures lined up along the edge of the river, and three of them have objects on their heads. A pathway stretches out diagonally to the upper right from the river. The word "Honduras" has been written below the river.
