Narrow steel blade. Leading end flares to a slightly curved sharpened edge. Bolted onto a whale bone handle with the shaving-deflecting ridge at the front and an unturned curve at the back.

Bird shaped wooden mat creaser with a groove running lengthwise on the ventral surface. Carved from medium brown wood that has darkened around the tail and wing region, where it would have been gripped when used. Circular wood grain visible on sides of bird. The head of the bird has two small holes to represent eyes. They have been darkened with a resin, which has fallen out of the right eye leaving a hollow socket.

Brim is mixed twined work (diagonal twilled design of chevron patterns). Crown is diagonally twined. Top is plain twined with diagonal twining in centre. Inner band is diagonally twined. Border is 2 rows of twisted twined work with plain twine in between. Expansive design is painted on (extremely faded). Only red and black remains.

Short, horizontal, black-green stone pipe. A snake head with mouth open forms the mouth piece. Flared tubular bowl with incised geometric designs around the outside.

C-shaped, bangle-like metal bracelet.

Bracelet made from a piece of silver curved and rounded to have a slightly convex shape. There is a clasp at one end. Early form of Kwakwaka'wakw silver work. The engraved design, depicting an eagle surrounded by floral motif, is taken from the American eagle. Several pieces have been cut from the bracelet.

Rectangular piece of abalone fitted into a frame of copper. Two perforations at opposite sides.

Necklace made of small grey/white circular pieces of clam shells with holes drilled in centre for stringing. The shells are strung on a black piece of cotton thread tied at each end.

Necklace with a large, halved shell as pendant; alternating groupings of red, black, white and blue beads with pairs of dentalium shells.
