Blue ink drawing of a thunderbird head in profile facing to the right side on cardboard. Has a circle in circle eye surrounded by a sideways split u that has dashes within. The brow has a star shape at the centre. There is a triangular crest on top of the head that ends in an ovoid curl at the back that has a cross shape within. The beak has an upside down u form design with four upside down u forms along the top that each have long, central, tapering protrusions. The open mouth shows a four-pointed barbed tongue. There is an elongated, sideways, u form behind the mouth with an ovoid at the centre. There is a split v below the mouth. Therre are three tapering points along the lower jaw line. The back side of the head has four sideways u forms that each have long, central, tapering protrusions and four dashes within. The top left corner reads 'QUATSINO BC', the top right corner reads 'THUNDER BIRD', and the bottom right corner reads ' BY JOSEPH TERENCE JOHNNY QUATSINO B.C.'. Blue mat. Large green painted carving of a frog. Frog figure dips inwards at the top in the centre and at the back. Body is bulbous in shape. Sculpture has painted black dots on its back. The front and back feet are angular and have lined grooves demarcating webbed feet. They are pained dark brown-red, along with the mouth. The mouth is wide and slightly opened exposing a thin tongue. The eyes are directly above the corners of the mouth and are painted black with black eye browns and have yellow coloured centres.
Bentwood box with vertical red bands around corners; bands have borders of incised lines. Bottom is of a square plank held onto box with metal nails around its edge. A lid with a lower area that fits into the opening is decorated with red and natural triangles that emanate from the centre. Lid is made of two planks that are held together by sinew; one of the underside corners has an engraved hand or paw.
Partly painted and partly burnt canoe prow fragment. Made up of two large pieces and one smaller, held together by nails. The outside of the prow is charred black at the burnt end, and is edged with thick vertical white bands toward the front, then a section of light brown wood with sporadic patches of black paint, and ends in a point that is painted pink. The inside is partly charred, and has irregular patches of light brown wood and flaking pink paint.
