Gold coin from Persian Cyprus. Obverse: Heracles, right facing, fighting. Body is on the left side. His right leg is braced backward while his left leg is braced forward. Holds a bow with cloth draped over his arm. Reverse: lion killing a stag. The lion is on top of the back of the stag.
Coin of Tarsus(?), heavily overstruck. Obverse: Arethusa with a pearl necklace. Reverse: bearded figure facing left in a crested helmet with an upturned cheek piece -- perhaps Ares or a typical Greek captain?
