The hook is 'J' shaped. The upper portion is light brown, blunt at the end and flat on the back side. The lower portion is dark drown, thicker, pointed at the end and rounded on the front and back sides.

This design consists of a double zigzag line (that are parallel to one another but) on either side of a central band of multiple curvi-linear lines that follow the shape of the boomerang. Pairs of vertical dashes are throughout. The back has a wavy texture with diagonal grooves along the convex edge.
