Round, carved wooden helmet mask. The top has a large centre roll, with small rolls on each side. The lower front has a triangular shaped face, with white half circles for eyes and a thin protruding nose. Around the neck area is a ring of blue pigment, flanked by rings of white pigment. The bottom rim has a ring of holes.

The lower front has a triangular shaped face, with white slit openings for the eyes and a thin protruding nose. Around the neck area is a ring of blue pigment, flanked by rings of white pigment. The bottom rim has a ring of holes.
Round, burnished, black pot with pattern around the shoulders. The form is globular, tapering to a flat circular base. The pot has a wide circular mouth. The pattern features repeating arches with pointed ends, flanked by diamonds and triangles in the v's and under the arches. The pattern is filled with engraved angled lines, with the raised lines divided with indentations. One of the areas under the arch appears unfinished as the design is engraved, but not raised like the other parts.
Round, burnished, black pot with a snake-like pattern around the shoulders. The design is outlined by raised welts and is filled with vertical incised lines. The form is globular, tapering to a flat circular base. The pot has a wide circular mouth.
Grey-brown pot with an oval-shaped body, topped with a human-like head; spout opening doubles as mouth of figure. Face has a pronounced brow, incised circular eyes, a wide nose with large nostrils, and semi-circular ears; mouth opening is flared. Two raised bands decorate head, extending from brow to back of neck, and connect with a notched band that circles the figure's neck. Four panels, consisting of four notched bands, stretch from neck towards bottom of body. Long arms. with thin fingers, extend from neck, down front centre of body; designs are raised. Large panel runs down centre of chest, consisting of three lines with two columns of raised circles. Raised nipples are on either side of front panel; genitals underneath panel. Two curved bands connect side panels on back and arms; bands are notched. The rest of vessel is undecorated.
Orange-brown pot with a spherical body and spout opening. Spout is curved, with the opening angled downward; mouth is flared. There is a semi-circular protrusion along the front centre edge of spout; ridged column extends along back side of spout. There is a raised band around the spout base and it is trimmed with a secondary raised band, decorated with notches. Eight identical bands extend down from it, forming a panel covering the back of the vessel; eight additional notched bands protrude from either side of panel, circling the sides. Two notched bands connect to bands on back, decorating the front. Above the two bands, is a raised prong-shaped motif. Rest of vessel is undecorated.
Red-brown pot with a spherical body and three spouts. Spouts are connected at their bases and extend from the top of the vessel at angles; openings are all flared. There is a raised band around the spout bases and around the vessel shoulder, with two handle-like protrusions on either side. Handles are oval-shaped with smooth tops and bottoms; outer edges of handles are decorated with incised diamonds. Circular motifs incised around bases of spouts; on front and right sides. Rest of vessel is undecorated.
Red-brown pot with a cylindrical body and wide circular opening; lip is flared. Bottom section of body bulges outward before tapering into a high foot. Bands of incised decorations all along cylindrical section of body; bands consist of plain and diagonal lines, and zigzags. Raised square grids and plain lines with vertical decorations throughout bands. Two raised circles along front centre of body, with two conical protrusions on either side; two small circular protrusions in between the raised circles. Conical protrusions have horizontal lines incised across their sides, circular protrusions are covered in dots, and circles are filled with raised squares. Dot motifs border all protrusions and the circles. Bottom section of body and base of pot are undecorated.
Two-piece mask (part a) and tunic (part b) costume. Mask consists of a rounded basketry headpiece, crowned with ten horns, and a rectangular panel hanging from the front. Headpiece is covered in thick braids, made of hair, which wrap around the bases of the horns. The braids then extend downward, draping over the chest and back of the wearer. Braids have red cloth tied at intervals along their length with cowrie shells hanging from their bottoms. The mask panel is covered entirely in cowrie shells with stuffed red fabric in the centre, imitating eyes and a nose. Additional cowrie shells and red fabric decorate the horns. The tunic is sleeveless and indigo-dyed, with off-white designs throughout. Designs are inside rectangular blocks across surface. Designs include: interlocking abstract “X” shapes, dots, concentric diamonds, and propeller-like shapes. Fringe decorates bottom edges and slits are cut underneath arm openings. Black cloth lining around neck opening and slits.
Egungun costume. One-piece mask and costume; the cloth mask, with a circular frame, is made of black velvet-like material. Metallic, silver scalloped ribbons decorate the sides and back. The front of the mask is made of a cowrie shell embroidered mesh panel, with wide gaps between the rows where the eyes would be. In the centre of the mesh panel is a hanging strand of cowrie shells and painted beads, with a small bell at the end. Strand secured to panel with plant fibre. A small red, stuffed ball is attached to the bottom centre of the panel. Along the forehead of the mask, above the cowrie shells, is a wide curvilinear motif done in sequins and beads. Fabric covered square board is stitched to the top of the mask. It has a central floral motif and short brown fringe along its edges. Heavily beaded panels hang from all sides of the board- three on the front and each side, one along the back. Panels depict curvilinear, geometric and animal motifs in sequins and beads. Back panel has “AYÏBAMA” written across it. All are lined with orange cotton. Bottom of mask has a frilled collar. Collar made of dark green velvet-like material with metallic gold ribbons, red trim and thick white and red fringe. Underneath the collar, attached to the front and back of the mask, are two weighted bags. Extending from the bags are three layers of long lappets. The top layer is covered entirely in sequins and beads. The designs are geometric, animal and curvilinear. The second and third layers are made of velvet-like material and have geometric, linear and curvilinear motifs. All beaded lappets are trimmed with metallic red zigzag ribbons. First layer of velvet-like lappets are trimmed with silver zigzag ribbons, second layer trimmed with gold zigzag ribbons. All lappets are lined with machine-printed cotton that have frog designs across them. Underneath all of the lappets is a plain red cloth, trimmed with a black zigzag ribbon.
