Woman's blouse: white ground with cross-stitching and appliqué bands. The blouse has a rounded neckline with blue, white and pink pleated bands. The short sleeves are pink and ruffled. On the upper front and back are three white panels with a peacock motif in dark red, orange, pink and green. On the lower front and back are three white panels with a floral motif in red, orange, pink and green. Below both panel sections are alternating bands of pink and blue. The inside is unlined.

Black velvet blouse with embroidery. The blouse has a rectangular shape with a round neck and no sleeves. On the front and back are large floral and leaf motifs in orange, red, yellow, pink, purple and green on black ground. The inner lining is black cotton with a white dot pattern.

Pink and white lace head cover. The upper section is pink lace; the ends are pleated white lace with frilly trim. The smaller front pieces are sewn shut.

White trousers (part b) with pleats and straight legs. There is a white tie strung through the simple waistband at the front, above a v-shaped opening. A blue instructional line is visible across the waistband. The inside is unlined. The trousers are machine sewn from unbleached cotton.

Trousers made of off-white cotton with a drawstring waist, and multicoloured embroidered cuffs featuring bird and animal figures. The cuffs are also embellished with a row of openwork embroidery in red, yellow and green. Two rows of purple, orange, pink, blue and red triangles are woven into the fabric.

Black velvet skirt with large embroidered flowers in orange, pink, blue and green. Around the top is orange trim with long orange ties. Around the bottom hem is a wide white flounce of pleated, stiffened fabric with machine made lace.

Metal ear ornaments (parts a-b) consisting of three gold coloured Mexican coins of various dates (1961-1969) fastened together by metal links with a hook clasp backing. On the top of the coins is an eagle with a snake in its mouth, sitting on a branch and reads ‘Estados Unidos Mexicanos’. On the back of the coins is a woman’s profile on it and reads ‘Cinco Centavos’.

White blouse with lace yoke. The blouse has a wide round neck, short sleeves and long cuffed sleeves and full lower half. The yoke and upper sleeves are white lace. The inside is unlined.

Brown geometric patterns on black, with purple and brown striped borders. Fringed at both ends.

Belt with a red, orange, and white design of stripes and stylized figures. Fringed at one end.
