Flag attached to a curved bamboo staff (part b). The flag has bright pink characters on purple ground, with a wide mauve border. The back is unlined. The bamboo staff terminates in a gold head with pale green fringe at the top.

Horse costume consisting of a paper mache mask (a) and rump over a bamboo frame (b). White horse head with red mouth, black eyes, brown ears, and cream yarn for mane. Rump is white with red stripe detailing, and four white ties at back end. Pink patterned fabric hangs from the neck , and is a skirt around the rump.

Large gold silk stage screen with embroidery. The screen is made up of several panels sewn together. Along the top edge are several ties for hanging. In the centre are Chinese symbols within three large purple roundels. The symbols are white with gold sequins. Flanking the three roundels are four-toed dragons, amidst fire and cloud motifs. At each end are Chinese symbols within a red meander border with three more symbols above and four more below. The bottom edge is curved, dipping lower at the ends and in the centre. Along the bottom edge is a black sequined meander border with a two-tone fringe.

An ornament that is made of clear cut circular glass (?) pieces attached with metal. There is a short thin cylindrical rod with a point at the bottom end and a snowflake shape at the top with a central clear cut circular glass (?) piece, from which emanates six equally spaced branches of three pieces of the same. Chinese opera hair ornament most likely from the 1920's.

An earring made of clear cut circular glass (?) pieces attached with metal. From the top hook, there is an isosceles triangle made out of six of these pieces. From this triangle, there dangles three sets each made out of six of the same pieces. Chinese opera accessory most likely from the 1920's.

Parts a, b, and c each have two clusters of glass gems on either side of a single gem. Each cluster has three rows of three gems. A metal pin is attached to the underside of the object and extends outwards at one side. The metal pin tapers to a sharp point. Parts a, b, and c are identical.
