Grieving at the tomb are his wife and child. In the background is a tent and a kayak on a kayak rest. The sun, an orange colour, is setting in the sky. Two women are standing near the skins and two dogs are also on the point of land. One of the dogs is in the act of howling. In the water above the point are two men in kayaks. Each has a float and a seal on the deck of the kayak.

To the upper left a man is ice fishing through a small hole on a lake. He is jigging. To his right stands a man on a hill who appears to be being attacked (?) by a wolf/dog. To the right of the man is a partially butchered decapitated caribou. To the right of the wolf/dog are two caribou grazing on the tundra. To their right is a musk-ox. To the lower left a seal is swimming in the water. To the right of the seal there is a narrow isthmus. On the lower side of the isthmus is an inuksuk. Immediately below the inuksuk is a man lying on the ground and hiding behind a small rock. He is hiding from a herd of three caribou swimming in the direction of the narrow opening - two of the caribou have ears and one has a tail that make them look more like wolf/dogs. To the right of the caribou is a man in a kayak with no paddle. In the bottom centre of the image is a muskox. The grey and white on the land is probably snow. The image extends to all edges of paper.

Multiple human faces are attached to the rest of this figure. There is a face on the upper side and the lower side of each arm. In addition there are two faces on each arm. There is a face on each side of the torso facing out and another face on each side of the torso facing in. Finally there is a face on the upper surface of each leg.

To the right of the centre figure is a person in a white parka with his body stretched out. Below him is a dog biting the hand of the man in the centre. Below this is a dog attacking the dog above. Below is a muskox facing the man in the brown parka and below is a dog attacking the foot of the man in the brown parka. In the centre is a frozen caribou carcass. Beside the carcass is a man wielding an axe. Beside him is a child in a one-piece suit of clothing.
