Mold seams include: horizontal circular cup-bottom seam, two vertical seams extending up to within approx 1/2" of bottle finish, horizontal circular seam just above shoulder. Embossed Maker's Mark on base with image of owl sitting on crescent moon and text: TRADE MARK. Bubbles present in glass, including V bubbles. Dried substance present on inside and outside of bottle. AMEC Analysis: Part: Whole Bottle Type: Condiment Neck Finish: Lipping Tool Comments: This is a pickle bottle with "H" and "530" embossed on the base. Seven fragments of one clear glass food bottle with polygon base and wide patent finish. Faceted body up to shoulder. Wide patent finish indicative of bottles holding condiments, oils or other food. Side mold seams extend beyond faceting to mid-neck. Largest fragment labeled 45KI765/M-43a, second largest fragment labeled 45KI765/M-43b, third largest fragment labeled 45KI765/M-43c, fourth fragment labeled 45KI765/M-43d, three smallest fragments bagged together and labeled 45KI765/M-43e. Base has embossed Maker's Mark: 630 H Dried substance on interior and exterior surfaces. J. Dougherty 03/22/2010 Bottle broken into two large pieces and two small pieces in between photography and cataloging at the Burke Museum. There were significant cracks in the bottle which likely caused breakage during movement of the box containing the complete bottle. K. Meyers 06/16/2010
