Long, thin sash to go with kimono (Ed5.2933 a). Folded lengthwise and stitched. Orange with designs of morning glories, peonies, chrysanthemums, linear flowing water, flying long necked birds and scrolls with tie-dye spots.

Set of fifteen paper costume dolls with stands (parts a-o). Dolls contained in an envelope stamped "Set Number One / Typical Handpainted /Japanese Paper Dolls" (part p).

Doll has rounded fixed head with molded features of crescentic eyebrows, inset crescentic eyes, and red mouth. Ridged body with soft upper arms and thighs and molded lower arms and legs. Kimono has floral design on red ground. Red and gold checkered obi and white tabi. Wooden post with calligraphy at back of doll. Noise box under obi.

Small doll of a woman wearing a blue kimono that has alternating pink, and white fence-like patterns with a red under-kimono that has a white floral pattern with green leaves and brown branches. Child's head on woman's left shoulder. Woman holds rattle in her right hand across her chest.

Small lion head mask (part a) with gold tuft of hair on top of head, white hair fringe over eyes, gold eyes with black eyeballs, red nostrils, and gold teeth. Lower jaw operated on wooden peg. Red tongue. Ears attached with pegs. Part b is a yellow cotton bag.

Box (part a) with lid (part b) which slides into grooves on three sides; four red stamps and fourteen characters in black on lid.

Book of paper napkins with a blue cover and dark blue printing in English "Paper napkin for export" and a small blue elephant on triangular crest labeled "trade mark". There is a decorative dark blue border around the edges. The printing is on the back cover; the front cover is plain. Inside are three different sizes of napkins, usually bordered in flowers. Some are transparent with a self-pattern of spider webs. Two metal staples secure the book.

Green silk brocade strips at top and bottom of painting; outer border of painted grey paper. Half round dowel at top has silk braided black and white ribbon attached with metal eyes; black lacquered wooden cylinder at base. Calligraphy at back upper corner on right. Two holes in upper section of border. Calligraphy on front of painting in upper corner on right.
