Part of a set of 5 stencils that overall represents a diving whale. This stencil depicts large whale head (part a) and a smaller element that is not past of the final design (part b). The stencil has a combination of cutout, and drawn areas. The only part that has been used as a stencil is the right part of the whale's eye, corresponding with the blanked out area in another stencil (2694/2 a-b). Both sides have been used.

The larger head has a front-facing eagle head in its eye. The stencil has a combination of cutout, painted, and drawn areas. The cutout areas have been used as a stencil with black paint. Both sides have been used. Part b appears to be a blank area to replace a prior, discarded design.
