Two horns and two ears protrude from the head and the tongue protrudes from the mouth. “TOURO” is carved on the front; artist initials on the back.

Brown clay whistle with six figures playing instruments. The figures alternate between ones wearing brown, wide-rimmed hats and white coats with brown pockets with figures wearing white caps with brown geometric patterns and red coats with white pockets. All of the figures have dark brown eyes and wear dark brown shoes and maroon pants. The white patterning on the knees of the pants alternates between swag shapes and cross hatching. Two figures play brown pipes, the other four play flesh-coloured instruments including cymbals, a drum and a pipe. There are square holes in the back of all of the necks and a small circular hole in the base in one corner.

They similarly all have brown skin, dark brown eyes and puffed cheeks. Each has a small square hole in the back of the neck and there is a small circular hole in the base.

The altar is decorated with two miniature $100 US bills, gold beads, red fabric, fabric flowers, miniature toys and a small green statue. There is a triangular hook on the back for hanging.
