Brown ink print on thick, cream coloured paper. The image shows a large canoe at top, four figures seated inside and rowing with long paddles through large waves with rounded tops. Below, under the surface of the water, is a stylized triangular net containing several fish (bonito tuna) of various sizes, all decorated with linear designs. The boat, fish and net are surrounded by palm leaves to edges of the image, representing the technique used in traditional Solomon Islands fisheries of herding a school of fish toward a net using the leaves.
