There is a central grater surface that is unpolished and is incised with a geometric pattern of parallel and intersecting lines. The pattern is obscured by wear. On the exterior surface there is a large area of dark grey, likely from the firing process. There are broken and repaired sherds on one side, and there is a piece missing beside the repair.
Orange and brown, hemispherical bowl with a broad dark orange-red slipped border inside the rim. There is a central grater surface that is unpolished and is incised with a geometric linear pattern. The pattern consists of four triangular motifs marking quarters, and 'S' step fret and dashed lines in three of the four inter-spaces between parallel lines. The centre is obscured by wear. On the exterior surface there are two areas of dark grey, likely from the firing process.
Brownware bowl with inclining sides and rounded gambrel to shallow base with incised and painted decoration around the exterior sides. There is a band of incised panels with double line single step diagonals just below the rim, alternating orange, grey, and faded yellow (?). There are four Maltese-cross-like motifs consisting of double reed stamped circles and four radiating whisker elements below the band on one side of the bowl, and an undecorated inter-space on the other. The bowl has been completely broken and reconstructed, and there are small pieces missing.
Globular, single spout blackware bottle with broad, decorated shoulder. The shoulder is divided into quarters by double incised lines. Two of the double lines opposite each other are painted red in between. Each quarter of decoration is divided in half by an incised zigzag line, and each side is painted a colour. These colour sections alternate dark red, dark yellow-brown, and grey-brown. The bottle has been completely broken and reconstructed.
Terracotta jar with flared conical body and a flat base, a stepped shoulder and a human face on the spout. The face consists of two eyes on either side of a central nose with a double nose ring, and an ear with a ring as well (one of the ears has broken off). The features are applied to the vertical rim of the spout, just below the lip. Below this, the neck of the vessel narrows to the stepped shoulder. There are traces of faded black linear and curvilinear negative decoration all around the stepped shoulder and on the rim on the side opposite the face. There are flecks of white (unintentional?) on the shoulder on the side opposite the face, as well as a long crack extending down the body. Well preserved.
Terracotta vessel in the form of a human kneeling with a semi-circular stirrup handle attached at the back of the head and lower back. A cylindrical spout extends out at an angle from the top of stirrup handle at the point which it starts to curve downward. The figure kneels on one knee and holds a square shield in the opposite hand and a ring mace in the other. The figure is wearing a headdress with a monkey head in the centre front, above which is a tall plumage-like decoration. There are discs on either side of the headdress with excised depressions painted a red-orange. There are excised depressions (painted red-orange) on the decoration, the perimeter of the shield, and on the tunic-like garment the figure is depicted as wearing. There are break repairs and small missing pieces at the base of the headdress, around the hand holding the mace, at both points of contact with the handle, as well as where the plumage of the headdress meets the discs. Vessel is decorated using cream and red slips.
Large, dark brown, cylindrical mortar. The exterior surface is carved in low relief with a geometric pattern consisting of two trifoliate motifs on opposite sides of the bowl, with two vertical linear motifs arranged evenly between. These motifs extend from below the lip of the bowl to the base. In between each motif there are three horizontal bands carved just below the flanged lip of the rim. Both exterior and interior surfaces are pitted overall, with exception of the smooth areas where the bowl has been repaired and in-filled around the base and on the sides.
A dark wood piece with a double back-to-back face on one end that has two triangular protrusions around the face and pointing upward. The stem of the handle has a horizontal triangular pattern all around surrounded by horizontal lines, four on the top and three on the bottom. Near the bottom, there is a circular rim with a loop at the end.
A dark wood ladle with a standing figure for the handle. There is fibre string wrapped around his neck. His hands are resting on his hips. The bowl of the ladle is rectangular around the edges and then tapers into a more rounded and circular shape.
