The figure has long curving horns incised with spiraling lines, an elongated and pointed stylized head incised with diagonal lines, triangular indents and holes, the neck is formed by concentric arches joined by diagonal supports with an outer edge of curved and pointed stylized hair, and the tail is short with a blunted tip. The figure stands on a rectangular base.

Dark brown mask with a large, stylized antelope head rising from the top; mask completely shields the face, with only two small eye holes. Covered with geometric painted designs in red and white.
