A ceramic cup (part a) with a wood stand (part b) that has four legs curled under. Exterior of cup is decorated with seven animal and Buddhist figures in blue and red (underglaze) in front of a leaf shape on a white background. Border composed of symbols of longevity also in same colours. Interior of cup has an abstract floral design in blue.

Full length elderly male figure (part a) dressed in long robe in ox blood red and pale green glazes. He is carrying a small triangular banner in his left hand as his elbow is bent upward and outward. His white hair is tied up in a bun on top of his head. He has a long white moustache and beard. With wood stand (part b).

Vase (part a) in light green glaze with two handles in form of elephant heads. Three circular bands decorate body of vase. Underglaze blue mark. (Part b is a circular wooden stand, in storage.)

Rectangular table (part a) with scroll-footed legs and two drawers (b and c). The drawers are made to appear as part of the paneled apron. Parts d and e are wooden slats that have become detached: part e fits next to the side of the table, and part d is the next slat inwards towards the centre of the table.

Rectangular wooden box with dovetail joints, a hinged lid and a lock. Lid features a carved landscape scene with polychrome ivory figures--all are elaborately carved, painted, and gilded. Inside, the underside of lid is covered with padded silk and the bottom is covered with grey velvet; the silk padding is marked "Arthur and Bond Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Yokohama." There may have been a tray inside at one time.

White, circular porcelain plaque (a) with an orange dragon, an orange fish, green clouds, white waves and green water; the dragon is flying and reaching towards the fish swimming in the waters. Plaque is framed with red-brown wood in a circular frame with floral, curvilinear, filigree-like carving. Matching filigree-like carved stand (b) with six feet supports the plaque.

Rectangular wooden screen (part a) carved on one side with a landscape scene featuring bamboo, a tree and rocks; some rocks are carved and others are applied to create deep relief. Screen rests in a carved wooden stand (part b)
