Pot (a) and wooden stand (b). The pot is glazed with a speckled greeny-blue and dark brown finish, has a small mouth with a brown lip, and the rounded sides are lobed with a slightly raised leaf motif. The stand is made of dark brown stained wood with elongated ovals cut out of the sides with scroll shapes emerging from the bottom upwards at the centre of each, and it has four small feet.

Thumb PianoK4.51

Thumb piano constructed from a wooden plank base with five narrower, and seven thicker metal prongs raised up from the plank on a piece of wood and bent metal, and secured with a metal bar and wire. Each prong has a ball of resin or wax stuck underneath the end. There is a rattle composed of a metal bar with four metal cylinders attached to the edge opposite the end with the metal prongs. A skin handle is attached at the prong end through two holes in the wooden plank. A ridged geometric design, with an overall rectangular shape composed of four triangles, has been carved into the top face.

White bowl (part a) with red and blue linear designs and figures. Central, circular panel features a deer and an elderly man--symbols of longevity. Exterior of bowl has nine figures in blue and white on a red spiral ground. The red enamel has been applied thickly and evenly. Starving disciple (part a) of Buddha (Lohan) in sitting position holding prayer beads. His left leg is bent at the knee and lying down crossed in front of him as it goes behind his upright bent right leg. Both arms are bent at the elbows so that the hands can rest on his right knee. A small rectangular wood red lacquer box (part a) with a fitted lid (part b). The top of the lid (part b) is carved with a young, and an old man in a garden under a pine tree. Symbols of peace, and geometric designs are carved in intaglio around the sides. The exterior is red, and the interior is black.
