Snuff BottleN1.161 a-c

A snuff bottle (part a) that has a flattened rounded circular shape with white, and brown streaks. There is a stopper (part b) that is green. The wood stand (part c) has the shape of an oval with square ends, and has four legs.

KnifeN2.1343 a-c

Knife (a) with sheath (b) in which a small blade (c) is inserted. Knife has a curved blade etched (?) on one side with series of irregular, dark, patch-like shapes. The blade passes through a silver-coloured steel (?) sheath, with the tang (two-holed) inserted into the wooden handle, passing through a gold lacquered wooden guard. Each side of the handle is inlaid with an ivory plaque carved with a dragon figure; lotus carved ivory at end . Sheath (b) of wood with gold lacquer bamboo leaf design, inlaid with insects and plants of ivory, mother-of-pearl, and stones, with ivory end; wood badly split, inlays crudely repaired. Small blade, curved, is missing handle; stained red.

Cylindrical shaped, cream stone jar with a flat bottom and lipped opening. The body curves slightly inward in the middle. The bowl consists of different shades of orange with sections of cream and grey. The jar has no decoration.

Conical shaped, cream stone vase with a tapered, flat bottom; a wide, rounded centre and a flat opening. There is a slight lip on the opening and a small, circular handle on the side. The vase has no decoration. There are black and red markings on the bottom.

Offering ?M4.14 a-c

Three sandstone offerings (parts a-c). Part a, has a body that is slightly curved with a broken end that is wider and flatter then the opposite, cylindrical end. Part b, is completely rounded with one end tapering, creating a cone-like shape. Part c, has a nail-like appears with a flat, disc shaped head, a cylindrical body and a slightly pointed end that curves upward.
