Front cover has a central oval-like shape, with curvilinear attachments on the sides. Back has an oval-like shape, with scalloped sides. Green floral designs inside of oval. Spine is undecorated. Covers lined with white paper. Each page of the Qur’an has lines of script, with red highlights throughout, bordered by stylized, gold leaf frames. Frames have dark blue lines protruding from all sides. Black and dark blue floral and curvilinear motifs decorate the frames. The first two pages of the Qur'an have additional decoration. The stylized frames have an inner white band with floral and dot motifs. Motifs done in white, pink, light blue and dark green. Some pages have large, green dots along the edges.

Black curvilinear motifs across surface of oval, with impressed dots on each side. Dots are filled with gold leaf. Back cover has a raised, inner border, outlined in black and gold on either side. Covers lined with paper. Each page of the Qur’an has lines of script, with floral motifs throughout sentences, bordered by simple black and gold lines. The first two pages are highly decorated. Motifs are done in gold and blue, with pink, red, white and orange highlights throughout. Designs include curvilinear lines, feathers, flowers and arrows. Gold, red and blue decorative bands, with floral motifs, divide sections of text. Some pages have curvilinear designs along the edges. Designs are done in gold, blue and red, and filled with floral motifs. Pencil inscription on last page.

Illuminated Qur’an with naksh script written in black ink. Covers and spine made of brown-red leather, with identical floral, geometric and curvilinear motifs stamped both covers. Spine is undecorated. Edges of covers trimmed with two lines, circles in the corners. Raised, inner border, covered in motifs, surround a long oval. Circles in corners of raised portion. Ovals are filled with floral designs and bordered with curvilinear lines. Two bands, made of three plain lines and circles, extend from the top and bottom points of the ovals. They meet with the inner, raised borders. Flap closure attached to back cover, with matching designs along the surface. Spine of flap has stamped circles and lines. Flap and covers lined with white paper. Each page of the Qur’an has lines of script, with gold leaf and red paint highlights throughout, bordered by simple red and dark brown lines. The first and last page are highly decorated. Motifs on first page done in gold and blue, with dark purple, dark green, yellow and white highlights throughout. Designs include curvilinear lines, geometric forms, star-like shapes and flowers. Motifs on last page are done in gold, dark purple and blue. Designs are circular and curvilinear, text is written in red. Some pages of the Qur’an have characters written in red and black along the edges. Pages are numbered in pencil, in the bottom corners.

Goat hide baby carrier decorated with cowrie shells and trade beads. Carrier is rectangular with long, looped straps attached to the top corners, and shorter strands of hide extending from the bottom corners. Thin strip of hide tied through top straps, at ends. Exterior surface of strip is coloured red; front of hide carrier is red-brown, back is naturally coloured. Straps are covered in rows of alternating cowrie shells and dark blue glass beads. Fringe extends from the bottom edges of the straps, hanging overtop of the carrier body. Fringe is covered in white and dark blue beads. Upper half of carrier has a design of two square outlines. Borders made of rows of alternating cowrie shells and blue beads. Each square has a floral design in the upper corner, made of shells and beads. Hide tab underneath square motifs, with bead covered fringe along its bottom edge. Small cross, made of cowrie shells and beads, along bottom centre of carrier. Interior of carrier is undecorated.

Traditional medical-style leather bag. Tube-shaped bag with piping on seams. Metal closure extends the length of the bag, with leather handle missing, and lockable brass clasp. Interior is lined with a beige fabric, with one pocket on the side. '16' and '160' impressed into leather on rectangular base. Four round metal feet on bottom.

Large blue fabric parka (part a) with deep front pockets. The pocket openings, hem, and cuffs are lined with two rows of white and red ricrac. Above the hem is a Delta braid. Dark blue wool inner coat (part b), with deep purple fabric lining, and fur trim around hood and hem. Decorated with appliqué polar bears on each patch pocket, and two mirrored appliqué designs of a hunter in a light blue parka and red pants dragging a beluga. The manufacturer label reads, 'Handcrafted in the Canadian Arctic by the Inuvik Sewing Centre". Both inner and outer coats have heavy duty metal zippers down front opening.

Teardrop-shaped ornament in centre of forehead, in between the eyes. Ornament is painted gold and has raised circular motifs across it. Pieces of skin with black hairs nailed above eyes, as eyebrows, and above smiling dark red mouth, as a moustache. White shells(?) are inlaid in the mouth, as teeth. Face is painted a light orange-brown. Eyes are grey and black, rimmed in black, grey and dark red. Mask has holes for eyes and nose. Holes drilled into either side of mask with rubber band attached for hanging. Ink inscription inside of mask.
