Wide silver bracelet with hinge clasp. Deeply carved sea bear (Tschumos) design, with wide grin, flaring nostrils, and showing its broad row of teeth and protruding tongue. The back section is engraved deeply with clawed feet and cross-hatching in between. Artist’s inscription on back: HAIDA ART / Reid.

Squash blossom necklace. Double strand of silver beads carries small squash blossom emblems made of thin metal, 10 to a side, each with a circle of bright blue or green turquoise at centre. At bottom hangs an openwork inverted silver crescent decorated with three similar circles of turquoise. Hook clasp at back.

Design is openwork at front, where an arrow shaft with head and fletching is incorporated and lays horizontally across the piece. A gammadion cross is set on top, and carries a small oval turquoise stone at centre. Along arms on both sides are etchings of Navajo design, including a stylized bird and arrow.
