Pentagonal point made of petrified wood. This point was found loose in a box, along with other artifacts from 45KT20. Matches Fig. 30g in Swanson 1962 (pg. 65). Caption states "Pentagonal point of petrified wood, upper remains." Description is on pg. 58, section B4 ("Shelter 8B: The Upper Remains"): "Pentagonal point of petrified wood, excellently shaped with a slightly concave base. Pitch remains on point from base to midpoint. Possibly used as a knife." It has been assigned cat. #45KT20/1966-95/21 by the Burke. K. Kidwell, 03/08/2011
