Hat734/2

Hat of stitched together palm leaves with an ovular brim and a pointed tip. Brim has leaves folded around it and has blanket stitching in light brown twined cord; other stitching is in thin pieces of palm leaf. Interior has a second layer of woven leaves with a band around sides for holding onto head and a third layer across one of the narrow ends with an edge finished with folded over leaf and blanket stitching.

Pair of small shoes made from woven palm leaf. The base of the shoe is made from interwoven leaves, and the upper part of the shoe is made from leaves woven into a chevron pattern with the ends of the leaves on the inside of each shoe.
