Carved wooden, crooked beak mask. The beak has large red, ovoid shaped nostrils outlined with a row of black and yellow u and split u forms running towards the eye. Running from the brow is a large central frill that protrudes outward and curves inward to the centre tip of the beak; detailed with black u-forms. The mouth is red, flat and protruding; bottom part of jaw is hinged with rectangular pieces of rubber. Inside of the beak is lined with a row of copper, u shaped teeth. The face is black with white detailing. The eyes are black and white, outlined in white and red on a white, ovoid shaped ground; brow is black. The underside of the beak is black with a white stylized design. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of twisted twine pieces through the lower beak to articulate the mask. Attached to the top is a wooden crest with red split u-forms on a white ground; small bundles of cedar line the edge of the crest. Along the bottom of the crest and side of the mask are thin twisted cedar braids. Hanging from the top and sides are long strips of cedar that would cover the wearer. Intertwined in the long pieces are a few feathers and eagle down. The mask is painted black, white, red and yellow with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

The underside of the beak is black with small eagle’s head carved in relief; beak hinged with a rectangular piece of metal. The eyes are black ovoids, outlined in white and red on a grey ovoid shaped ground; the brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow. Attached to the top and sides are small bundles of cedar. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of pieces of fibre twine that articulates the beak. The top and edges are covered in small bundles of cedar bark that is intermixed with small pieces of eagle down. The mask is painted black, white, red and orange with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

Skirt or apron made from alternating strips of red and yellow cedar bark folded double and secured with two rows of twine; one thick along the top and one thinner approximately halfway down the length. The sides have twisted twine ties; one side has a fragment of green tie attached. There are a few small sections of eagle down intertwined with the cedar.

Garment (parts a-c) consisting of long shreds of cedar bark gathered together by the top end and sewn (or tied) individually to a length of twine. There are a few small sections of eagle down intertwined with the cedar.

Hanging from the back are long strips of cedar that would cover the wearer; a piece of fibre twine groups the long stripes together. The mask is painted black, white and red with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

The mouth is red, flat and protruding; bottom part of jaw is hinged with rectangular pieces of leather. The face is black with white detailing. The eyes are black outlined in white and red on a white, ovoid shaped ground; brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of a piece twisted twine through the lower beak. Attached to the top are short, bundles of cedar stripes. There is a small tuft of eagle down in the cedar. The mask is painted black, white and red with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

There are twisted twine ties on either side. White feathers attached in various places. There are a few small sections of eagle down intertwined with the cedar.
