The item search helps you look through the thousands of items on the RRN and find exactly what you’re after. We’ve split the search into two parts, Results, and Search Filters. You’re in the results section right now. You can still perform “Quick searches” from the menu bar, but if you’re new to the RRN, click the Search tab above and use the exploratory search.

Wool poncho. Woven garment consists of two separate but identical pieces sewn together at midpoint (shoulders) where it is folded in half, and has a hole at centre through which fits the wearer's head. Weave is tight and un-patterned, with decoration consisting of a series of horizontal lines of varying widths in orange, green, dark purple and other colours, with several patterned lines incorporated. A short fringe in the same colours stands out from the edges. At bottom front is a large brass-coloured kilt pin.
Round drum, double-faced, with drumming surface on both sides. Midsection flares out and is covered in a dark red velvet, with an encircling line of metal rivets on both sides of the fabric holding the skin tightly in place. Skin has been painted black. A metal noisemaker inside the instrument serves as a rattle.
