The bird has a hole in base that fits on a peg in the narwhal tusk base.The base is cylindrical with a hole drilled through the centre. On the base is written in ink "Tooglee".

Carving of a seal on its fore flippers. Rear flippers have been carved carefully and tail is visible. Black inset eyes. No nostrils or mouth.

Carving of a goose sitting as if on water. Feathers are delineated on bird and goose is facing forwards. At one point it had inset eyes. Goose is attached to base with an iron peg. The name of the bird in Inuktitut "Nil-lil" is written in ink on the base.

Carving of a goose (part a) standing on an oval base (part b). The goose's legs are the pegs that secure the goose to the base. The goose has black inset eyes. On the base is written in ink "Nil-nil."

Oval dish with two bear heads, one at either end. Both heads have slight depressions as if for resting a cigarette on them. Bear faces' have incised eyes, nostrils, and mouths. The heads are attached to the dish via ivory pegs, while the feet of the dish are attached by iron screws.

Carving of a walrus lying on its side, basking on a piece of tusk. The walrus, including its tusks, are carved out of one piece of tusk. Black inset eyes.

Carving of a mother bird with four chicks sitting as if on water (part a). Two of the four chicks detach from the base (parts b-c). Three of the chicks have a tusk peg which goes into a hole in the base; the mother bird and one chick have a metal peg. Only the mother bird has black inset eyes, one of which is missing. The chicks have eyes darkened with ink. On the base is written "Metil."
