Ornament made from a piece of roughly rectangular abalone shell. There is a larger and a smaller hole at the centre of one long edge, a smaller hole at the opposite edge, and another larger hole at one of the corners.
Wooden, carved, bear mask with a long snout painted black with red nose and edging. The jaw is hinged with fibre twine on either side to the lower mouth. The face is black with black, outlined eyes on a white background. The brow is black with white edging and line design. There is a square piece of abalone inlay on either side, centred in a white U-form. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of an attached twine cord that attaches to the mouth. The mask is painted black, red and white with Northwest Coast stylized designs.
