Male doll, in standing position, wearing an RCMP uniform consisting of a coat, tunic, pants, tall boots, mittens, and hat. Eyes, eyebrows, and mouth are embroidered in dark brown on a skin face; nose done in relief, with fur moustache. Coat is dark blue with a wide yellow band around the bottom opening; white fur collar, brown-grey fur trim on cuffs, and RCMP patches on the shoulders. Doll's pants match and have yellow stripes down the sides. Upper sections and vamps of boots are white fabric; soles consist of naturally coloured skin. Openings of boots are decorated with dark blue bands and braided ties, done in dark blue and yellow; leather ties around ankles, to secure boots. Woven tunic underneath jacket is white, with a blue band bordering the bottom edge. Figure is wearing naturally coloured mittens that are attached with blue and yellow braided ties; ties are decorated with fringe and loop around the doll's neck. Orange-grey fur hat matches trim on cuffs of doll's jacket.
Duffel cape. Wool garment with a small round neck, open at front with tassel closure, and a rounded hem edged with fur. Wool is a light blue, with a yellow, brown and purple embroidered flower decoration around the hem. The lining is a shiny light brown fabric.
Whale bone figure. A woman stands on a small, irregularly shaped platform, wearing a parka that gathers at the waist and falls to the knees, slightly longer on the back hem. The hood is up over her head and her round face has carved nose, eyes and mouth in a downcast expression. Arms are held down and slightly away from her sides. The edge of the parka at hood, wrists, and bottom hem have an encircling, incised line for decoration.

A deep hood lined with long animal fur can be lifted to completely cover the head and face. This is sewn to the tunic which is made of a flowered fabric and edged around hem and wrists with fur. A wide knit belt in red and orange with tasseled ends is fastened around the doll’s waist. Legs are made of stuffed blue felt with tall leather-soled boots on the feet. Inuktitut syllabics are stitched around the the cuff of the right boot.

Large walrus is made of dark brown wool, with tusks in a light tan colour, and whiskers made from single strands of tan thread. Animal is wearing a blue wool parka (amauti) decorated with green and white waves around hems, and light blue stitching. The small walrus calf fits into the large hood of the mother's parka. Calf has small stitches of light coloured wool for whiskers.

Some fur is placed to create patterns such as wide strips around the ankle cuffs, and two small oblong pieces on the rear. The waistband is threaded with a thin rope of sinew to enable tightening about the waist.
