Hand coiled pale orange clay pottery owl. Details are hand painted in brown and red on a beige slipped background. Stylized mesh-like feathers cover a squat body and the wide sloping tail and wings that appear to extend forward slightly. Fat conical ears appear large for the head, multi-lashed eyes are slightly pointed with small beady pupils, and a two-tone beak protrudes above a thickly outlined mouth with three whiskers at each corner.
Pear-shaped orange clay owl has dark brown and red body details hand painted over a creamy background. Eyes with half moon pupils and v-shaped lashes are set low beside beak that fills most of face front. Head area is covered with curled feathers and body has overlapping pattern.
Pear-shaped owl made of pale orange clay is hand painted with dark brown, somewhat sloppy details over a beige slipped body, with only top of beak in dark orange. Wings and tail are striped on one side, spotted on the other.
Small, pear-shaped, red clay owl has beige body onto which wide overlapping feathers, tail and wings that are striped on one side and spotted on the other, rounded ears, and open beak have all been hand painted in brown. Eyes are red and there is a band of circles around the neck.

The flattened rounded ears, large loop beak that starts at back of the head, and eyes with thick iris are somewhat sloppily applied in brown and orange.
Wobbly, gourd-shaped clay owl is hand painted in yellowish brown and yellow over a creamy white burnished background. Small striped wings and tail spread upward, as if flapping. and thickly outlined overlapping feathers cover most of the body. Finger-like ears stick up from head, beak loops to the front, and eyes have thick lashes.

Gourd-shaped, light orange clay owl piggy bank has horizontal money slot below the conical red and dark brown ears on back of head. White slipped body is covered with brownish black, hand painted, thickly outlined feathers that extend up around mouth and orange handle-like beak to bottom of large eyes. Head area is spotted and wings and tail have thin stripes on top surface, no decoration on the bottom.
Fat, round, gourd-shaped orange clay owl standing on short legs with overly large four-toed duck-like feet is slipped white, with details hand painted in black and orange. Feather pattern has a mosaic quality to it, wings and stubby tail are striped, and the eyes are surrounded with two bands of spots. Large loop beak is two tone and divides face.
