Rectangular, coiled basket (a) with fitted lid (b), foot, and two handles at opposite ends (parts c-d, currently broken). Bundle and slat foundation and split stitching. Geometric design imbricated in dark red-brown and light red-brown on body. Light red-brown beading on lid, foot and on handles.

Coiled, rectangular basket with slat foundation and split stitching. Sides are completely imbricated in light yellow-brown and black deep "v" design. Lid is attached to basket with two long hide thongs. Coiled rectangular lid fits over coiled rim. The lid is imbricated on the edge and beaded on top, in rows of red and light yellow-brown.

Baby CarrierNd682

Cradle constructed out of rounded rectangular coiled cedar root basketry. The cradle is formed by an elongated shape with a rounded top end and an angled foot with squared corners. The sides have a bundle foundation with split stitches and are completely imbricated with light yellow-brown grass and red and black cherry bark in a geometric design forming 11 wide v's joined by wide multicoloured bands. The bottom has a slat foundation.

Coiled rectangular lid fits inside basket and has a slat foundation and split stitches. Horizontal rows of light yellow-brown beading on top of lid. Rim of lid has light yellow-brown and light red-brown beading. Bottom has slat foundation.
