Boy's VestEd1.333

Vest fastening in the centre front with four silver coloured buttons, made of plum coloured silk satin with a pattern of flowers. On the front there is an inset pocket with an outside facing at each side, and on the left side above the pocket is a third, smaller pocket. The vest is lined with white fabric woven in an overall pattern of small leaves with a bolder pattern of larger leaves. Each silver button has a Chinese character on an embossed background. There is a double line of machine stitching along the lower edge, which curves downward to the centre front.

Child’s vest of fine white ramie, closing at the centre front with four shank buttons made of white plastic. There are two pockets applied to the outside of the vest near the lower edge, and a smaller one on the upper left side. The lower edge of the vest curves downwards to the centre front. Vertical seam at the centre back.

Dish (jeopsi 접시; 楪匙). Somewhat flower-shaped in that the outside rim is slightly indented at intervals (or lobed) to represent petals. The dish has a mould-impressed floral design on the surface. The inside of the dish has a slightly raised circular area, with six lines radiating out.

The skirt panels are pleated and inserted into a band of unbleached cotton. The upper edge of the band is scalloped with the points of the scallops meeting the ends of two shoulder straps of the same material. The band opens at the front and the top of the seam is left unstitched. The inside of the skirt is gray and unlined.

The inside of the skirt is unlined.
