One stone is a large wide rectangular shape, another is a long thin rectangular shape, and the other is an oval shape. The scepter curves convexly in the middle and concavely at the ends, with the top end curving around and over. A pair of semi-circles forming a circle are inset at the centre of a carved double y-shaped design near the concave edges. There is a wood stand (part b).
